Overview
This is a great opportunity for the right Clinical Lead Nurse, there is very little dementia at this home, we are looking for a RGN or RN. The home itself although has a homely feel is like a hotel, with fabulous grounds and gardens. Lots of clinical requirements for this Clinical Lead Nurse, you would be asked to work 40 hours a week, some clinical shifts, some management shifts, occasional weekends, and rare nights, if just to support the nurses that might need a little Clinical Leading. Offering this Clinical Lead Nurse a 10 % bonus , along with a £50,000 per annum. This would a great role for a nurse considering the move to management. You will well supported with your CPD, revalidation and most training that you would feel beneficial to your role.
