Overview

NURSES NEEDED FOR NURSING HOMES. My clients have four homes in the Bath, Glastonbury, & the Shepton Mallet area of North Somerset, as a result of internal recruitment and promotion, we are looking for a few Registered Nurses to join the friendly and accommodating team. The homes vary from being purpose built, dementia friendly buildings to well adapted Mansion Houses set in acres of Parkland. The company are outstanding to work for, with a very kind and approachable attitude, constantly developing their team in a professional manner. They have proved how sucessful this has been with the internal promotions they have recently undertaken. They would like to recruit registered nurses for their nursing homes. a variety of shifts, locations and levels are needed. The salaries offered excede the local average, and we are offering free accommodation with meals with these roles. NMC fees, let the bosses pay for them. Revalidation, let the bosses help you with that. Mandatory training and Clinical Skills development, let the Training Manager sort that out. We are looking for nurses who will manage the personal needs of residents and ensure they are dealt with sensitively and professionally by the care/nursing/management teams; who are skilled in making on end-of-life care decisions with a sympathy and compassion. Our clients teams of highly-motivated and attentive staff focus on the individual needs of residents with tailored care plans; using a range of occupational activities such as cooking, drawing/painting, music, knitting/sewing to involve and occupy residents. You will need a passion for caring for the elderly and infirm with a flair for helping people maintain their independence with dignity. These are a variety of positions, full and part time, and even some bank shifts. Requirements for this position Registered nurses with experience of working with the elderly; you will be required to support and enhance the current team.
