Overview
My client, a caring & compassionate yet ambitious provider of residential care for the elderly with dementia needs; are seeking an intelligent Head of Care with a nurse qualification. This new position has been created following some major investment in the service; and has been created to work closely with the registered manager who is an RMN with extensive experience of management and who is also a qualified counsellor. Seeking to develop an already strong reputation for holistic person centered care; and to develop the home and team over time to provide increasing levels of complexity of care. This is to be the leading clinical position in the company that will play a key role in growing and developing the team and seeing the plans through to fruition. Already renowned for being a good environment and very well kept home, this is an exciting opportunity for any nurse with around 2 years or more of post qualification experience.
