This position offers an experienced Deputy Manager the chance to work with a compassionate team with a great support system in its senior management, all within a beautiful setting. This care company is debt free, they have a Care Quality Manager who supports their managers in compliance, a commercial manager who helps with occupancy, an in house trainer that goes into each of their homes on a monthly basis as well as an end of life care specialist who has helped them to the award of 'Beacon Status' in palliative care on two separate occasions. My client is looking for a strong elderly care nurse with a minimum of 2 to 3 years care of the elderly experience. You will enjoy leading teams from the front with a hands on approach.
