An excellent opportunity has arisen for an experienced Nursing Home Deputy Manager, in a modern purpose built unit with open plan living spaces. This nursing home is a Liverpool facility that is skilled in the practice of dementia care, thanks to modern care techniques and years of experience in dealing with complex behavioural patterns. The manager is looking for an experienced Nursing Home Deputy Manager who is able to use their initiative to share the management function with the settled nursing and care team. In return you will be working alongside one of the best nursing home managers in the area, who is passionate about providing the very best in care for its residents. You'll be supporting with key paperwork whilst through hands on leadership and clinical input, delivering excellent care.
