Overview
We are proud to be working exclusively on a Claims Handler job opportunity. Based in the heart of Croydon, this Insurance Brokerage are looking to recruit a Household/Property Claims Handler. Working closely alongside the Claims Manager you will be responsible for advising, investigating, negotiating and settling a variety of household related claims on a delegated authority. Frequent perils include Escape of Water, Accidental Damage and Accident Losses. You will need to have strong communication and relationship building skills as you will be liaising with brokers, claimants and loss adjustors on a daily basis. To apply our client requires at least 1-2 years’ experience in handling domestic household/property claims. Alternatively another option will be somebody with Travel or Motor claims handling experience of 3-5 years. As an specialist in the High Net Worth/Private client markets, you will need to be able to demonstrate a passion for delivering on client service and managing relationships during the claims process.
