Chef de Partie – Chelsea Privately Owned Pub and Dining Room – Michelin Head Chef Chef de Partie Refined Pub/Dining Room (menus change bi-weekly/monthly) 10/15 for lunch, 50 for dinner and Sundays at 150 modern British/European 7 within the main kitchen and pastry Chelsea (Circle and District) 27,000k to 28,000k 9am until 5pm or 3pm until close (7 shifts) 10:30pm or 11pm WHAT ARE THEY LOOKING FOR? A competent, creative and ambitious Chef de Partie who can work well within a small team and confidently run a kitchen section. A passionate and professional Chef de Partie with a can-do attitude. A Chef de Partie within a good culinary background working within food led reputable kitchens. Previous experience cooking modern cuisine would be desirable. WHAT DO THEY OFFER?
