We have a very exciting opportunity for a Chef de Partie to join our brigade of 3 chefs, within the hospitality and events team. We are looking for a driven, ambitious and passionate individual who has ideally already had experience in a kitchen environment. You will be working for one of the world's largest caterers who specialise in developing careers for chefs. Responsibilities The chef de partie will assist in preparing finger foods, canapes, sandwiches, bowl foods and also assist in cooking food for sit down fine dining. The chef de Partie will be assist in preparing amazing dishes for functions and hospitality. To comply with all food, health and safety regulations and guidelines at all times.
