Overview

I am currently recruiting for the position of Multi-site Kitchen Manager for a branded restaurant in London. The company have a strong presence in London and have sites all over the World. The restaurant serves authentic Japanese cuisine at affordable prices. They are slowing opening more restaurants in London, so there is a real chance of progression. As an individual you will be highly organised in all aspects of the kitchen and will make sure you and your team have exceptional standards at all times. The company are looking for a natural leader who can motivate their team through their own determination to succeed. You will need to be someone who leads from the front and who is able to build good working relationships with the wider management team. The ideal candidate will have the following qualities: Has managed busy kitchens Is a team player who leads from the front Has managed all aspects of the kitchen Has experience of Japanese cooking Has experience of cooking with chopsticks or a desire to learn quickly Can complete stock takes, ordering and all kitchen paperwork Salary is up to £32,000 plus bonus.
