Full time permanent contract, 5/7 days per week Coastal location Up to £25,000 DOE per annum. Share of tips. The Sous Chef must have a strong passion for cooking and a great working attitude. The Sous Chef will be responsible for preparing and cooking locally sourced fresh produce including a variety of rustic Mediterranean food, stock control and waste management, to oversee junior members of the brigade and to ensure service is continually efficient and delivered in a timely manner.
