Paramount Personnel are looking to recruit a Sous Chef to join a luxury well known Hotel in North Cornwall in their soon to be opened new restaurant within their Spa Complex. Full time permanent contract, 5/7 days per week Coastal location Up to £25,000 DOE per annum. Share of tips. Mixed Shifts Brand New Restaurant in sought after Hotel This highly regarded employer is looking for an outstanding Sous Chef to join their already fantastically skilled team of Chefs within their brand new restaurant within their soon to be completed Spa Complex. The Sous Chef must have a strong passion for cooking and a great working attitude. The Sous Chef will be responsible for preparing and cooking locally sourced fresh produce including a variety of rustic Mediterranean food, stock control and waste management, to oversee junior members of the brigade and to ensure service is continually efficient and delivered in a timely manner.
