Working with Cornwall’s abundant land and sea larder to source only the best produce the South West can offer. The Sous Chef will be responsible for the day-to-day running of their state of the art kitchen. A highly skilled Chef looking to move up, who cares passionately about food, you will also be willing to learn and adapt to different ways of cooking. We are not looking for a Sous Chef who is pure fine dining.
