Chef De Partie Restaurant 2 rosette level You will have previous experience and worked within a 2 AA Rosette kitchens as a CDP looking after their fine dining room and small function rooms with aspirations of delivering a high end product,reporting into the Chef you will have full autonomy on working a section Overseeing a small team you will be a solid all-rounder and be strong on kitchen systems cooking for exclusive city clientele · Food & Beverage Positioning : Modern British using local produce working to a minimum 2AA Rosette standard offering high quality fine dining · Outlet Responsibilities : 70 cover casual dining room- outdoor terrace ·Implement company Health & Safety policy and full responsibility for Food Safety Policy ATTRIBUTES & SKILLS : · Highly motivated, passionate about cooking, creative flair · Financially astute with good understanding of managing payroll, expenses and food cost ·Excellent communication skills with ability to interact with staff, managers, clients both verbally and written English EXPERIENCE : · Minimum of 3 years working as a CDP · Experience in quality driven hotel or restaurant · Very comfortable developing menus, concepts and the brigade in a 1 rosette environment ·Proven track record of achievement QUALIFICATIONS : · Must have Food Hygiene qualification as a minimum BENEFITS : · Competitive Salary & Bonus potential · 21 Holidays annually plus 8 Bank Holidays · Excellent career development opportunities · Meals and Uniform provided Due to the volume of applications received only suitable candidates will be contacted EMP are operating as an Employment Agency for this role which is for a permanent position In line with the requirements of the Asylum & Immigration Act all applicants must be eligible to live and work in the UK.
