Chef de Partie We are looking for a Chef de Partie to join the team at this well established Gastro Pub. This rapidly growing company already has 5 hugely popular and successful sites in the North West with further new openings planned. These guys really focus on the experience of every one of their guests. What you’ll get up to? As Chef de Partie, you will support t he Head Chef in delivering a fresh menu in a busy restaurant daily, while also supporting the Sous Chef in their absence. You will be cooking an exciting menu in a well-equipped modern kitchen. You will support the operation of a successful and profitable restaurant by maintaining high standards, aiding with the creation of specials, achieving targets and driving excellent standards while working across all areas of this exciting kitchen.
