Chef de Partie - Exeter, Devon - 22k Chef de Partie Salary in the region of £22,000 per annum Exeter, Devon Tips Uniform 5 Days from 7 Fresh Food Peppermill Recruitment are are looking to recruit a Chef de Partie for a fantastic Pub/Restaurant near Exeter in Devon. The Chef de Partie that takes on this role will preferably have at least 1 or 2 years experience in a Professional Kitchen, preferably in a similar position and will be passionate about food and producing exceptional dishes with their kitchen brigade. You will be eager to develop your skills and knowledge, whilst building strong working relationships with other members of the kitchen brigade. The Chef de Partie will receive an hourly rate in the region of £9.00 - £9.50, this is based upon a minimum of 45 hours per week. The Chef de Partie that takes on this opportunity will be responsible for stock control and ordering, menu planning, staff training and progression, COSHH and ensuring that the highest possible levels of service are achieved at all times. The position will suit a Chef who has experience in either Larder, Sauce, Garnish or Pastry. You will work closely with the Senior Chefs to ensure the kitchen operates effectively at all times.
