Shift Manager Telford Permanent £28,000 - £32,000 (inclusive of shift allowance) 4 on, 4 off – days and nights Do you want to work for a rapidly expanding client who offers great benefits and personal development? We are working with an established client based in Telford who currently have a fantastic opportunity to join their Production team. We are working on their behalf to recruit for an experienced people manager with a production background. You will have the opportunity to develop your team, manage their performance and encourage their growth and development. Improving production efficiencies where possible with a continuous improvement mindset. The Shift Manager will be responsible for: Ensuring staff are working to the production schedule Production parts are quality inspected to meet customer quality requirements Developing your team by delivering training where necessary Managing the team and carrying out PDR’s and setting KPI’s Managing health and safety on site, ensuring your team are working in hazard free environment Implementing continuous improvement and lean production efficiencies Skills and Experience Previous experience managing a production team; this role would suit an experienced: team manager, team leader, production supervisor, production manager Ideally holds qualifications in Management and Health & Safety would be advantageous Have experience implementing continuous improvement and developing production techniques The application process: We will carefully consider your details and advise you if we're able to progress with your application within 72 working hours .
