Overview
Funeral Service Arranger required to help clients every step of the way with all of their funeral arrangements in a welcoming, safe and caring environment. Duties will include: Arrange funerals according to Company guidelines ensuring that the full range of services and products are offered, thereby addressing the needs of the client Maintain excellent service to client's who telephone or call at the designated office Suggest refinements and improvements in client service to Business Manager / Funeral Manager Undertake all administration duties e.g. funeral arrangement forms, applications for cremation papers etc. Be conversant with company identification procedures, able to check identification tags and mortuary registers when necessary Check the deceased is presentable for chapel of rest visits Ensure the chapel is always presentable for client visits Identify unnecessary costs and recommend controls to Business Manager / Funeral Manager Frequently communicate with staff, clients and others involved in delivering the funeral Ensure that company policy and procedures regarding the handling of cash is adhered to in all branches Hours of work are 9.00am - 5.00pm Monday to Friday, however, flexibility is essential as you need to be available for client's to visit the deceased during office hours and out of hours by arrangement to company standards and guidelines Salary £17,500 pa If you have the relevant experience and would like to discuss this role in more detail, please contact Donna on .
