Overview

Helpdesk Manager- Birmingham- £40,000-£45,000 My client is looking for a Helpdesk Manager with Professional Services experience to spearhead their Helpdesk function. The successful candidate will be hands on acting as the escalation point for the Helpdesk whilst being responsible for the day to day running of the Helpdesk. Main responsibilities consist of 4 main verticals: Team Management Reporting and Continuous Improvement Communication IT Support Required Skills: 5 years Helpdesk experience Knowledge of Windows 10 and Office 365 Knowledge of Microsoft technologies including: Active Directory, MDT and WDS Exposure to Microsoft 365 administration Proven understanding of TCP/IP networking Experience of desktop and laptop hardware Excellent interpersonal skills Desirable Skills: Experience of leading a team ITIL certification SQL scripting, Powershell, Visual Basic and/or any scripting/development tools If you would like to hear more about the role then please apply with an up to date CV and I'll be in contact ASAP.
