Overview

Are you an experienced IT Help Desk Assistant? Do you have experience providing 1st and 2nd line support? Have you recently gained deployed IT operating systems including Windows, as well as build laptops / desktops? Are you available to work in Birmingham for 3 months, potentially longer? Do you have an updated DBS? If not, you happy to apply for a DBS as part of your application?
