Office Administrator, Wythenshawe £18,000 - £22,000 Your new company Hays Office Support is exclusively partnered with a manufacturing organisation based in Wythenshawe, who are looking to recruit an office administrator on a permanent basis, to join their support team. Your new role As office administrator you will be responsible for typing, filing, managing diaries, ordering office stationary supplies. You will also answer the phones and deal with queries via telephone as well as via email. You will also be responsible for running reports and updating spreadsheets on a daily basis. What you'll need to succeed You must have worked within a similar position and be comfortable working in a busy environment. You will have exceptional communication skills and be able to liaise with all levels of management. You will be organised and work with a good attention to detail. You will also have excellent Microsoft Office skills such as Word & Excel. You will also receive £18,000 to £22,000 per annum with 30 days holidays bank holidays. The company also offer flexible working on the standard 9 to 5 hours.
