2nd Line / Desktop Support Technician Oxford £25,000-£30,000 Base Package Do you currently feel undervalued? Then read on Our client an industry leading professional services firm are looking for an experienced Desktop Support Technician to be the main link between the IT Helpdesk and the wider business. The successful candidate will be heavily involved in the day to day support of all IT related incidents and projects and will will work closely with the IT Manager. Responsibilities: Providing technical support & troubleshooting Windows 10 OS Server 2012-2019 OS 3rd party application Mobile device support AD Management Backup Admin User Admin in telephony (VoIP) Assisting the IT Manager with project delivery Skill: Sound knowledge of Microsoft Operating systems Windows 10 & Server 2012 / 2019 Working knowledge of Office 365 Working knowledge of Active Directory Microsoft Hyper V Veritas Backup Exec 16 / Veeam VoiP Telephony Systems Remote Desktop Services Excellent communicator Translate technical terms into plain language An analytical and Pro-Active approach to problem solving and information gathering To apply for this role send you CV , alternatively you can call me on for a confidential chat or more information.
