Overview
A business with global reach based in Manchester have got head count growth plans for the next year. They are looking for a Commercial Finance Analyst to join their finance team, this team has grown by 4 people over the last 6 months due to the business continued expansion. The Key responsibilities for the Commercial Finance Analyst will be surrounding FP&A and involve a lot of business partnering. The role will centre on the following area: Business Support : finance reporting, business partnering and modelling Cost Evaluation: Leading on finance appraisals and running promotional analysis for key products. Communicating with stakeholders Involvement in strategic projects Developing and reporting financial models and analysis Supporting senior leadership in order to drive growth What we want from you: Minimum 2:1 within a numerically based degree i.e. Maths, Economics, Business, Psychology, Physics etc. Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office product suite, particularly Excel i.e. Pivot Tables and V-Lookups Clear, logical analytical approach to problem-solving Ability to investigate data, find trends, forecast performance and provide insightful recommendations Please note due to the large volume of applications we receive for these roles, if we have not contacted you within 7 days then, unfortunately, your application hasn't been successful, however, we may contact you regarding other roles.
