Overview
IT Support Engineer Farnham Competitive Benefits Package We have an exciting opportunity for a 3rd line support engineer to join a company who are currently looking to expand their infrastructure team due to company growth. This role will require you to collaborate with internal colleagues as well as a number of 3rd party providers. Within this role you will be expected to manage business as usual support activities such as incident, problem, patching, capacity management needs whilst supporting an ongoing integration project. In addition to this they offer the support and training to help employees excel in their chosen career paths. Key Responsibilities Provide 3rd line technical support for hardware and software to the IT Services department Attendance at Change Advisory Board to provide technical support/review Working with internal colleagues as well as a number of third party providers Ensure design documentation and operational procedures are produced and maintained Skills and Experience An understanding of Windows Server, Windows 10 and Office 365 Experience with automation tools such as PowerShell Working experience with infrastructure technologies such as Active Directory and VMWare Knowledge of networking technologies - Cisco switches, Firewalls and Enterprise Mobility Management tools
