Overview

Care / Support Workers Do you have care experience or a willingness to care for others? TRANSPORT PROVIDED FROM FARNHAM, BORDON, ALDERSHOT, LIPHOOK, PETERSFIELD, FRIMLEY, LISS AND HEADLEY DOWN TO THE HOME AND BACK. Ideal applicants will be a Support Worker, Care Assistant or Domiciliary Care Worker. Beautiful, well presented Nursing Care Centre for Adults with Learning Disability and additional Mental Health needs seek Support Workers. Your role would be to provide quality care & support, by encouraging and supporting individuals in reaching their full potential, offering peace of mind to their family and friends. Additionally, your role will be to provide quality care and support for adults with learning difficulties and complex needs. It’s a medium sized home with a friendly environment where we assist service users by providing personal care, activities, going swimming, sensory days out, music, physiotherapy, wheelchair dancing and much more. We support people with their day to day life to ensure they have fun whilst staying safe. We provide transport to our premises from Farnham, Bordon, Aldershot, Liphook.
