We are looking for an experienced Administrator / Sales support person to join a friendly, well established recruitment team based in Milton Keynes Salary: Circa £18,000 - £23,000 depending on experience Hours: Full time Mon to Fri (No weekends or late nights) About the role: As Recruitment Administrator, you’ll be joining our client at an exciting time of growth. You will participate in the recruitment process from start to finish, managing all levels of administrative and sales support activities whilst ensuring the service they have promised their client base is delivered effectively. Your responsibilities will include: •Managing both client and candidates contracts of employment •Processing timesheets, good attention to detail (a must) •Utilising online job boards for advertising •Screening advert responses and preparing job adverts •Helping with weekly Payroll About you: We are looking for a friendly, organised and focussed individual, with proven experience of administration within a busy office environment. You must be able to work as part of a team, as well as independently and use your own initiative when required Skills must include: •Strong IT skills are essential particularly with Word, Excel, Outlook etc. •Experience of working with CRM system (relevant training will be provided •Professional telephone manner •Ability to multi-task in a busy office environment •Excellent communication skills both written and verbal •A passion for working within a fun busy sales environment
