As part of a large corporate, this business is highly professional, solid and well supported and is made up of a team of collaborative, valued and motivated staff. Account Manager - role overview: This Account Manager opportunity could be an entry level/graduate career role for a confident, ambitious and business-minded individual with great customer service skills. Your main aim is to offer a fast, seamless and personalised service to businesses requiring short-term finance solutions. Account Manager - key requirements: ·Experience in customer service and sales, preferably B2B ·Exceptional customer focus and professionalism ·Brilliant communication ·Commercial acumen and an understanding of how business works ·Positive approach to problem-solving ·Assertive, confident nature Account Manager - key responsibilities: ·Acting as the first point of contact for customers throughout the loan process (up to 12 months) ·On-boarding new applications ·Liaising with underwriters and customers ·Chasing payments as necessary ·Working closely with Technical and Analytics to improve systems and processes ·Liaising with brokers and lead generators Due to the high volume of applicants, Office Collective can only respond to successful candidates.
