Overview
Maintenance Supervisor Cheltenham Permanent £38,000 - £42,000 Maintenance Supervisor required by industry leading Cheltenham based client, due to a period of sustained growth. The successful candidate will provide an efficient and responsive maintenance and facilities support service for the building, services and surrounding areas. Main Duties: Providing management and leadership to the Facilities Team. Planning, designing and performing minor electrical projects. Arranging and performing facility maintenance. Ensuring that sub contract suppliers are meeting the required standards. Managing routine maintenance to equipment. Ensuring that service and maintenance records are kept up to date. Contributing to the preparation of budgets and maintenance contracts. Ensuring that site security regulations are adhered to. The ideal candidate will be able to demonstrate the following: A background in a facilities role ideally gained within a manufacturing or engineering or equivalent environment. Previous management experience Experience and knowledge of electrical and electronic systems. A working knowledge and experience of systems such as pneumatics, electricity, heating and air conditioning Highly organised with the ability to prioritise A working knowledge of Health and Safety requirements Full Driving Licence
