Overview
Daytime Healthcare is working with a National Home care provider who are looking for a Registered or Care Manager for their Aylesbury Branch. This is a fairly small branch that are looking to expand so there will be a great opportunity for career development. The client is also support by he Head office and also the regional manager. You must have either Care Manager or Registered Manager experience within a Domiciliary Care environment to be considered. It may also be possible to consider experienced Care coordinators who have the NVQ Level 5 qualification. Job Duties:- Managing and Leading your branch team. Deliver on our commercial growth plan within your targets Build your customer base within the private care sector market Recruitment, engagement and retention of compassionate and committed carers.
