Reactive Maintenance Supervisor

Resourcing Group are working in conjunction with a leading Social Housing contractor who are in need of a reactive supervisor to start on one of their contracts in the North London area. This will be to work on a permanent basis and the salary requirement will be between £35,000 per annum. You will be responsible for the management of the team of operatives on the reactive side of the contract, ensuring that the contract remains up to the required standard and all work is completed within a reasonable timescale. You will be required to liaise with the client directly and keep them updated with all movement within the contract. A van and fuel card will be provided within the overall package. It is essential that you hold experience within R&M Social Housing as the role will be high demanding and you will need to lean on your experience within the area.
