Key Skills · Degree qualified - Engineering/ quality/ CI/ Food science · Experience of FMCG production · Lean implementation experience within a large factory The Role A key member of the Site Leadership Team, you will be responsible for the development, implementation and maintenance of a site wide improvement strategy to deliver a sustainable culture of improvement. You will lead the continuous improvement initiative process and champion change across departments to deliver outstanding levels of performance and development. Liaising with key stakeholders, you will lead efforts to analyse key business drivers and identify, prioritise, plan and deploy improvement initiatives to drive sustainable business results.The position also offers and huge amount of variety as you will have Involvement with 50 manufacturing sites globally.
