Our client is currently recruiting for an experienced Team Leader to strengthen and motivate their Internal Sales Management Team. This is a fantastic opportunity to work for a leading Distributing company based In Ipswich. Key Duties & Responsibilities: Plan in advance a weekly and monthly call out diary, making sure that each team member knows the deals they will have available to them each day. Monitor the telesales team, making sure that all team members are covering their area calls and maximising every opportunity through effective planning and time management. Offer advice, guidance, training and motivation to your team to ensure they hit both their call targets and their sales target.
