Mental Health Support Worker - Very Well Run 12 Bed Home in Swansea area - Adhoc shifts Hays Social Care are looking for an experienced Support Worker who has experience working within Mental Health to pick up shifts in a very well run 12 Bed Home in the Swansea area. Your new company My company is a large provider of Care Support who are looking for an experienced Support Worker to join a 12 Bed Home in the Swansea area that focuses on Mental Health. The residents are a mixture of both Male and Females who need additional support to promote their independence with day to day living. Your new role You will be working with people to help them develop their independence and will need to combine your professional experience. There will be no lone work and no need to administer medication (although it would be helpful if you have your medication certification and experience) What you will need to succeed To be considered for this Support Work role, you will need to have experience working with Adults with Mental Health. You will need to have a genuine desire to provide meaningful, considered support and the ability to thrive in a person centred environment and bring a positive energy and vibe to the home.
