Overview

Toyota are currently offering a new opportunity as a Service Advisor to join our business based out of our Croydon dealership. As a Service Advisor you will be responsible for working with our current customers and managing the service and repair of their vehicles. As a Service Advisor you will use excellent communication skills to make sure they are updated on the process of their vehicle at all times, while delivering the best service possible to ensure we retain them for the future. You will need to work in your team to maximise upsell opportunities whilst amazing our customers with your level of customer service, this is a great opportunity for an experienced Service Advisor to increase their earning potential and progress within one of the UK best brands What we need Working closely with customers to arrange and plan out servicing and repairs on their vehicles Provide accurate estimates for servicing and repairs, ensuring the customer is fully aware of the likely costs and timescales involved and setting expectations accordingly Work with colleagues across the dealership (including parts, technicians and sales) to provide the best service Organise the collection and delivery of cars for delivery Encourage the sale of parts, accessories and service plans whenever possible, acting on opportunities to sell additional products/services and market current promotions Contact customers to update on workshop progress, agreeing any additional spends Follow key processes to achieve excellent customer service and upsell targets Write job cards and brief technicians on work coming in Help advise them on the best products of services Toyota offers Understand the customer journey experience and be committed to delivering an unrivalled level of customer service Invoice the customer on completion of work. Review invoice with the customer, providing a detailed explanation Attend all training for product knowledge and any other such relevant training that is requested of you Co-ordinate the valeting of customer vehicles and any other work to be organised e.g. paintwork.
