We are looking for someone with outstanding communication skills and good administration skills. Prior experience using SAP would be advantageous. Duties will include: Manage customer enquiries and requests including advising customers of price, availability and delivery charges Process orders in SAP, liaising with customers throughout the order and ensuring that delivery deadlines are met Liaise with the factory, customer and the logistics provider to guarantee order delivery as per the customers requested timescales Produce quotations using SAP Resolve any issues quickly and efficiently, escalating where necessary, for example delivery delays, returns etc Create credit notes when required For more information please apply now Morgan McKinley is acting as an Employment Agency and references to pay rates are indicative.
