Overview
Exciting opportunity to join a leading independent UK-based IT company based in Farnborough . This is a great opportunity to develop and succeed within an agile and dynamic sales team. Ideally, you’ll have experience of sales/telesales/account management within the IT industry and be passionate about the world of sales and "knocking down doors". Salary & Benefits Up to £27,500 (based on experience) commission A structured career path with ongoing training Comprehensive benefits subject to tenure Responsibilities: Drive new business and convert opportunities within existing customer accounts Work with Sales & Marketing Management in support of key metrics and objectives Work with other departments to deliver an exceptional customer experience and to maintain visibility over customer account activity Convert technical product messaging into call scripts and position content accordingly Use LinkedIn and other social media tools to network and prospect Fastidiously update the CRM with your activities and ownership of associated sales admin Identify and profile prospective customers Manage a forecast and pipeline Liaise with our business partners and vendors Understand our sales process, our customers, partners and vendors Deal with incoming opportunities and expand them Create quotations and raise sales orders Develop and apply strategy necessary to obtain orders Follow Purchase Order process What we’re looking for; Direct sales/telesales/account management experience Experience in nurturing client relationships and attending onsite meetings Excellent verbal and written communication skills Numerate Good organisational and time management skills Self-motivated with high energy levels and a positive attitude Experience of MS Office (Word, Excel, Powerpoint) Determined, resilient and ambitious Committed to continuous self-improvement Work well under pressure Respond positively in the face of continual change Aptitude for understanding technology Experience of using a CRM tool Possess strong communication and presentation skills Ability to listen and interpret Good team player willing to share information and foster a positive team environment Organised, structured, and efficient in your work, with good attention to detail If you’re interest - APPLY TODAY Please note: If you haven't received a response to your application within 5 working days, please be advised that your application was not successful on this occasion.
