Credit Controller with French Language Paying £14.00 - £16.00 per hour Based in Bracknell To succeed within this role you must be fluent in the French language and have a minimum of 2 years Credit Control experience. Job Overview The aim of this role is to ensure that Credit Control is managed, are collected timely, overdue items are chased and cash receipts are properly posted and allocated. Credit Controller with French Language Key Responsibilities - Chase overdue accounts to ensure aging is kept to a minimum - Analyse, post and allocate cash receipts to NAV, ensuring customer accounts are cleared down correctly and timely - Proactively manage larger accounts to ensure they are paid before going overdue - Work with sales team members, based in the UK and in Europe, to help with collection and obtaining relevant contacts - Work closely with billings team, customer services team and sales team to resolve any issues identified with invoices that are delaying payment - Analyse aged receivables of the UK company - Report on progress of cash collection and provide forecast dates for expected cash receipts - Manage new account opening process in accordance with company policy and controls, including providing credit analysis for proposed new customers - Assist other finance team members, and on ad-hoc tasks as directed by the manager Credit Controller with French Language Person Specification - Experience of AR / Credit Control - Fluent in French - Experience of NAV - Proactive in improving processes - Comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic and changing environment - Good oral and written communication skills - The ability to work as a team - Professionalism and commitment - Proactive in resolving issues This truly is a remarkable opportunity within an organisation who will invest in your future as much as you do.
