Are you available on the interim market looking for a new opportunity in Central London? Do you have strong HR experience, in an array of areas, working in complex organisations? Robertson Bell are currently supporting an international development charity in London in the search for an interim HR Advisor to join the team on a 6 month basis whilst they go through an exciting period of change. You will be part of a dedicated and highly-professional HR team, reporting directly into the HR Operations Manager to provide full operational HR support to the organisation. This is a generalist HR position where the main purpose will be to promote HR practises that support the strategic aims and operational plans. Some of the responsibilities will include: Be the first point of contact over the telephone and email for end to end HR advice, specifically in the areas of: redundancy, redeployment and recruitment campaigns. Assist with the development of local and group HR policies and procedures. Project management. Providing advice and playing a major role in work reviews and change processes Suggesting new HR technology solutions to improve day-to-day operations (e.g. ATS and HRIS software) Driving the business performance in relation to the organisation's objectives We are looking for an individual that will ideally be CIPD Qualified or working towards your qualification and have up to date knowledge of employment law. It is essential you also have payroll experience to accompany your HR experience. This is an URGENT interim role and applications will therefore be reviewed on an daily basis.
