Overview
An exceptional Senior Nurse opportunity has arisen that offers the successful candidate the opportunity to develop a team of nurses, within a professional conscientious and caring organisation. The home has lacked leadership and has suffered recently, so a new leadership team is being recruited of which you will be part of. This post will offer you the chance to become familiar with the problems of a less than successful nursing home and the methods of turning the home around. There is excellent support from the Regional Manager and the whole Head Office team, great development and career progression within this organisation, excellent training and opportunities to undertake both vocational and QCF awards. We are looking for a Proactive Human Dynamo, who is flexible, supporter for the less experienced nurse, supervisions, quality compliance and monitoring. Rota is 3 long shifts a week, one shift will be clinical the other 24 hours will be supernumary. The home itself OFFERS a safe and caring haven for residents with dementia, and associated health conditions, in a great location, a beautiful safe sensory gardens and close links with the local community. accounts of a successful nursing home and could be suitable for any nurse with a good grounding in elderly care and decent leadership skills.
