A very exciting new opportunity as Senior Customer Data Visualisation Analyst with a huge high profile global retail multichannel business. Working out of their chic London HQ with a highly regarded Digital & Data team who proactively support each other, this is a fantastic role for the right individual. As Senior Customer Data Visualisation Analyst, you will have access to a wealth of data from a multitude of sources and will convert into commercially actionable insight and key recommendations in a fast paced and dynamic business. In the role as Senior Customer Data Visualisation Analyst, you will apply and develop best practice visualisation techniques to demonstrate impact as part of a key strategic initiative for the brand. Other key areas of the remit, will cover quarterly reviews of loyalty programs, evaluation of customer communications and targeting and communication of insight and results to drive engagement. This truly superb opportunity as Senior Customer Data Visualisation Analyst will allow you to join a newly formed agile team in customer growth and experience team and be at the forefront of taking this exciting area of Growth Insight forward by bringing to life the performance of strategic customer growth implementations, building and developing the dashboard suite. You will also play the role as an active mentor and senior member of the Customer Insight and Data Community within the business.
