Role & Responsibilities • Develop BI dashboard and generate analytics based insight from complex datasets. • Extend support in delivering actionable insights and analytic capabilities to help drive key strategic and investment decisions. • Identify relevant data points that will support development of analytics based reports and dashboards. • Develop dashboard applications/solutions with creative visualisations. • Research and suggest new visualisations, technologies, or methods. • Ensure that the dashboards that you lead are embedded into the reporting processes across the company. Experience & Skills Required • Educated to a degree standard, ideally in a mathematical, economic or scientific related discipline. • Several years experience.in a similar role. • Have strong statistical and analytical problem solving aptitude within marketing. • Experience in analysing large data volumes using such tools as SQL, SAS, R, Alteryx, Spotfire, Tableau or Power BI. • Be able to create propensity models and segmentations for use in customer personalisation or demonstrate the aptitude to develop these skills. • Convincingly tell a story through the data, to articulate analysis for a non-technical audience. • Be an active participation in the development of the data lake, data marts and subsequent enhancements. • Experience of working with cloud based analytics environment such as AWS, Snowflake, Azure advantageous.
