Cost Consultants (Modelling, Engineering, Accounting) - Security Cleared Bristol Long Term £250-£360 Per Day Due to our continued success across one of our largest Defence Programmes, RT Consulting are looking for talented and motivated Cost Consultants to join our Permanent & Interim team of Associates. RT Consulting are a Change and Transformation Consultancy, and we successfully support the delivery of tangible, long lasting change across the UK Government, Defence and Transport Sectors. As a Cost Consultant you will be working directly on a client site, working collaboratively as part of a large project team; liaising with client and project stakeholders to establish cost reductions & strategy while reporting to senior managers. We are looking for Security Cleared Cost Consultants in the following areas: Cost Engineering / Estimating Cost Modelling Finance / Accounting Ideally the successful Cost Consultant will have some experience in the following: An understanding of Cost Estimating / Engineering techniques and principals Experience in coordinating and establishing the requirements for overall cost estimates and disciplines Experience preparing and analysing cost reports Experience and understanding Project Accounting within a defence / government environment Improvements of interface between the three cost model modules - interface / processing / output Implementation of modelling approach improvements Building Cost Models from scratch Project Cost Reviews The ideal Cost Consultant will also have excellent stakeholder engagement skills, have worked in a collaborative project environment or Joint Venture before, or worked delivering a complex change project on a client site. Due to the nature of this project, our Cost Consultants will need to be Security Cleared to SC level or be willing and eligible to go through the clearance process.
