Having been established for over 7 years, with offices in London, Birmingham and Manchester, we are a niche financial services company focused on doing business in an ethical and transparent manner. REQUIREMENTS · Must be a recent graduate · Networking and people skills · Be driven to learn · Mature, positive mindset. · Outstanding verbal communication skills · Basic level of mental arithmetic · Ability to learn quickly and use initiative as required for changing circumstances · Charisma and the ability to build a strong rapport We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic graduate to increase our presence in the HNW/UHNW and Corporate sectors. We do not require you to have any experience in this field in order to be successful, but we require you to have the determination to learn and perform well. Experience of working in a sales environment, generating leads, and winning new business will be positively viewed although not it is not required. During the first few months you will be shadowing one of our senior colleagues as well as doing administrative work. You will then be required to take two assessments, one test after 3 months and the second test after 6 months with us. This will test your knowledge on our services and the industry we are in. Based on your results and your performance with us so far, you will be given clients and leads to manage and then begin growing your own portfolio of clients. Your salary will also be reviewed at this time, additionally, you will be able to earn commission through successfully gaining business from a client/lead.
