Customer Service Manager Salary: £27,000-£30,000 Monday to Friday 8.30am-5.00pm Post Recruitment are recruiting for a Customer Service Manager to join an extremely successful business based in Harrogate The ideal candidate will have proven Customer Service Managerial experience as well as being able to develop the existing customer relationships. Your role is to deliver an exceptional and consistent quality service and experience for valued customers. Objectives of the role Support the customer services team to deliver excellent customer service through all interactions with the customer. Standardise departmental activities and processes within the customer services team. Individual objectives will be set to deliver upon company objectives and core values. Principal duties Support and coach the customer services team in delivering a positive customer services experience. Motivate, encourage and assist the customer services team to achieve departmental objectives and SLA's. Provide guidance and support as an escalation point within the team. Effectively resolving internal and external complaints and/or issues and implementing corrective actions. Establish and maintain Customer Services standards/SLA's within the customer services department. Encourage collaboration and feedback with all relevant stakeholders. Review current processes and feedback for continuous improvement and efficiencies with a customer focused approach. Work with Sales to ensure conversion of quotations is maximised; through appropriate decision making and review of departmental activities. Support the Customer Experience manager in implementing programs and procedures to enhance productivity and performance. Produce, analyse and communicate KPI's in line with business objectives. Work with HR and the Customer Experience manager in successfully supporting the following processes: recruitment, disciplinary activities, MBO processes and remuneration packages. Review and ensure sufficient cover within key areas of the Customer Services team during periods of holidays/sickness. Any other duties as seen commensurate within the role. SKILLS & EXPERIENCE : (Particular abilities essential for the post) Experience working with and dealing with customers Managerial experience Process oriented Excellent attention to detail Good IT skills Organised and methodical with excellent administrative skills Willingness to learn new skills Good team player This role would suit someone who is hardworking, enthusiastic and accurate and who is able to work closely with other team members.
