Overview
As a SUPPORT WORKER, you will be working and supporting families and children/young adults. Candidate Profile: Must have experience with report writing to be passed to Social Services Current DBS on the update service Able to communicate effectively and creatively with individuals and staff, both orally and in writing Ability to provide support in line with the individual’s person-centered plan Able to relate positively and confidently with individuals and to work in a way that places the service user at the center of all activity and decisions relating to the support provided Ability to work effectively both in a team environment and independently, demonstrating the ability to use your own initiative and make decisions based on the wishes of each individual.
