Overview
We have a very exciting opportunity to work with one of our key clients based in the heart of Bracknell - They are currently looking for Online Chat Agents/Customer Service Agents to work alongside a rapidly growing team. The role itself is quite unique with plenty of variation - There is flexibility with working from home but does consist of shifts . You would be required to work some weekend days too. The role is paying from £21,000 to £23,000 depending on experience. In terms of experience - I'm looking to speak with candidates that have a high level of typing speed of accuracy (45-50wpm) , attention to detail and good levels of customer service experience.
