Overview
Do you have experience in ecommerce with a passion for driving online sales? Reed Marketing & Creative are currently partnered with a very exciting and well-known retail brand in Berkshire who are looking for an Ecommerce Merchandiser to join their team. Working closely with the Ecommerce Manager and team you will be responsible for the sales and margin performance of the company websites across the UK and Ireland through strong campaigns, e-commerce principles and customer experience. You'll recommend, agree, set up and implement a diverse range of promotions, campaigns, new brand and product launches and merchandising through the sites, driving sales using customer behaviour metrics and analytics, and using on-site merchandising tools, navigation methods and basket building techniques. To be successful you will be commercially astute, with the ability to interpret data to make decisions on how to drive ecommerce sales and identify ways to improve the customer journey, shopping experience and drive conversion ensuring that customers needs are being met. In return you will receive a salary of £28,000 - £35,000 depending on the level of your experience, 23 days holiday, company pension plus lots of additional benefits and staff discounts.
