Build Space l has a fantastic opportunity for an experienced, ambitious and career driven, site based Project Manager with a leading multidisciplinary Main Contractor. We have partnered with this main contractor for several years and over time have seen more than 350% growth, turnover grow to over £600m and have an excellent staff retention rate of over 90%. With the business diversifying and expanding rapidly, this Project Manager will deliver top tier design and build projects consisting of Private Residential and Mixed Use Schemes, Student Accommodation, Retail and Industrial projects over £50m in value.
