Overview
The successful candidate will be responsible for managing a caseload of Employers Liability and Public Liability claims on behalf of a number of insurance company clients with a large property bias, using your skills and experience to make informed decisions as well as using empathy and understanding to assess each claim on its individual merits. Requirements EL/PL handling experience including the handling of property damage and injury claims Excellent Customer Service ethic Working knowledge of the Principles of Insurance Apply a thorough knowledge of current case law, statute and other legal liabilities
