Start Date:ASAPCompany Information: A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a Senior Commercial & Procurement Manager to work with one of the fastest growing railway systems companies in Europe to lead the commercial and procurement activities in delivering contracts and frameworks for works, goods and services contracts within the projects To be suitable for the position you must have;A track record in delivery of rail procurement and tender projectsA minimum 5 years experience as a Commercial Manager or Procurement ManagerA degree in a relivant subject eg. Quantity Surveying or Procurement.Extensive experience using NEC3 suite of contracts with options A, C and EExperience working on Network Rail projects.Role Information;- Leading the commercial and procurement activities in delivering contracts and frameworks for works, goods and services contracts within the projects.- Planning, delivering, and managing all procurement activities to deliver contracts and frameworks for works, goods and services contracts- Develop and maintain positive collaborative relations with cutomers, suppliers and between key functions n- Manage effective sourcing, tendering and negotiation of goods or services with a total alliance value of up to 70 million annually, to achieve business priorities efficiency targets, compliance with NWR Policies- Plan, manage and coordinating project Procurement activities and supply chain- Maintaining commercial compliance of contractual obligationsNavartis Ltd is a specialist recruitment company supplying highly skilled technical and management professionals within the global Transportation, Civil Engineering & Utility industries, if you are seeking a new position our recruitment team can locate the opportunity to suit your needs.
