Overview

Role: 1st Line Technical Support Engineer Location: Hereford Salary: £18,000 - £23,000 DOE A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a 1st Line Technical Support Engineer to join a leading organisation based in Hereford. The successful candidate will be required to work as part of their mobile security and information support team. Responsibilities: 1st Line Technical Support Engineer Provide 1stline technical telephone support. Resolve 1stline technical issues and work with 2nd and 3rd line to resolve more complex issues Work as part of a service delivery team to ensuring both internal business and customer systems are operationally maintained. Work on Linux and Windows servers. Mobile device setup and configuration including iOS, Android and Windows Follow and work to existing business continuity and security processes. Skills and experience: 1st Line Technical Support Engineer A person with BTEC, A Level or similar qualification in an IT related subject Preferably with 2 years-experience of working within an IT environment Experience of Windows and/or Linux Servers is desirable Prepared to gain UK Government Security Clearance A team player prepared to work within a fast-paced organisation If you are experienced in delivering a 1st line Technical Support and looking for a role where you can develop your skills and progress within a company then please send your latest CV to or call Jenny Collin on
