Overview
Rutherford Briant are recruiting for a Assistant Finance Business Partner based in Chelmsford. This is for a business that has shown sustained growth who are established in their market. As the Finance Business Partner, you will provide accounting and financial analysis to the business units and provide commercial financial support to budget holders. Key duties. Business partnering with key personnel to understand cost base and variances Daily liaison with budget holders to understand costs and to provide both challenge and support to terms of spend, financial forecasts & budgets Completion of monthly financial reviews with budget holders outlining and highlighting budget differences and variances from original plan Assist with project accounting Detailed cost analysis month on month for review Support the finance team in preparation of monthly Management Information Pack Prepare month end flash reporting Assist the completion of rolling monthly forecast and assistance with annual budgeting where required The ideal candidate will be part qualified ACCA/CIMA) and have some experience in monthly variance analysis, forecasting and budgeting. This would suit an individual who is looking to complete their qualification whilst developing their career.
